If you are having trouble logging in to ChemADVISOR Online

• Check to make sure you are using the correct username/password combination
• Make sure CAPS lock is turned off when entering your login information
• Use of the newest version of Internet Explorer or Firefox is recommended
• You MUST have client side scripting turned on
• You MUST have cookies turned on
• Once logged in, you will have access to all modules for which you subscribe
